We’re excited to present the Tiny Tim Cabin. This stunning cabin is one of our best-selling models— and for a good reason! Priced at just $24,000, it’s versatile and affordable.
Whether you’re looking for a maker’s cabin in your backyard, a cozy tiny home to finish and live in full-time, a hunter’s cabin, or even multiple units to rent out as small Airbnb cabins, this cabin fits the bill.
Construction & Insulation:
Walls: Constructed from treated Southern Yellow Pine, 4 in x 6 in solid timber, providing robust durability.
Insulation: Standard R19 insulation in the ceiling, with optional upgrades to R49 for colder climates like Colorado (additional fee applies).
Chinking: We use Log Jam (Perma-Chink) to seal the timber, accommodating wood expansion and contraction through the seasons for optimal efficiency.
Transport & Setup:
Hinge System: Both the porch and roof feature a hinge system for easy transportation. Once on-site, we reassemble the porch and roof, ensuring your cabin is ready for use.
Additional Features:
Foundation: Requires a 6-inch slab with rebar; a 12 to 14 ft slab (41 ft long) is recommended. Alternatively, save on costs with 2-foot runners placed 10 feet off-center to match the cabin’s wooden runners.
Roof & Windows:
Roof: Made from 26-gauge metal with a choice of 12 colors; matching shutters are available.
Windows: Double-pane with Argon glass, designed for easy cleaning and all-season durability.
Interior Features:
Kitchen Cabinets: Handcrafted Amish-built cabinets included.
Ordering & Financing:
Lead Time: Current lead time is approximately 3 months due to high demand.
Land Prep: Requires a 6-inch slab with rebar; options available for cost-saving solutions.
